Peter Walrath, b. 31 Oct 1826, was the son of Jacob Walrath and Catharine Schall/Schell.  Jacob was the son of Henry Walrath, Jr. and Anna Nancy Bowman, grandson of Henry Walradt/Walrath Esq. and Elizabeth Bowman/Bauman, great-grandson of Henry H. Adam H. Walradt Bible Records.  This information was found in the Watertown Library, Watertown N.Y.

Adam H. Walradt (aka John Adam and John Adam H.) was b. 9 Apr 1773 to Henry Walradt/Walrath Esq. and Elizabeth Bowman.  He married Elisabeth Moyer.   The attached bible record appears to be a transcription of family records in the bible.  It gives that John Adam was a son of Henry Walradt Esq, and grandson of Henry Walradt 1717-1756.  Warning:  There is an error on the second page of the record.  David was a son of John Adam H. Walradt and Elizabeth Moyer, and not a son of Henry Walradt, Esq.   Either the original or the transcription of the record is in error.

St. John - Walrath Bible Records.  This information came from Doris Mosher.

John Jacob Walrath married Marietta St. John.  These are the bible records of the Sylvanus and Chloe Stark St. John Family and the John Jacob and Marietta St. John Walrath Family.

Walrath Bible (Peter Walrath, son Jeremiah, grandson Seward).  This information was found in the records of the Montgomery County Department of History and Archives, Fonda, NY.

The repository for this bible may be the Margaret Reaney Memorial Library, St. Johnsville, NY (see transcription).  The information found in the paper mentioned as being inside the bible may be incorrect.   It mentions Peter Walrath 1786-1851 as being the son of Peter Walrath Sr. but the bible information begins with Peter Walrath 1786-1851.  My research indicates that Peter Walrath 1786-1851 is most likely the son of Henry Walrath Esq. and Elizabeth Bowman.
